16-Year-Old Arrested for Breaking and Entering

Police arrested Anthony S. Degrace, 50, of Hyannis, while responding to a report of domestic assault and battery on Bearse’s Way at 10:37 a.m. Degrace was charged with 4 counts of assault and battery domestic violence, 4 counts of assault and battery by dangerous weapon.

Police responded to a report of domestic assault and battery at the International Inn on Main St. at 11:12 a.m.

Police responded to a report of assault on Pleasant St. at 11:13 a.m.

Police responded to a report of fraud on Lovell’s Ln. at 11:39 a.m.

Police responded to a report of larceny on Old Farm Rd. at 3:08 p.m.

Police arrested Patrice L. Bland, 52, of Sagamore, while responding to a report of shoplifting at Macy’s Men’s in the Cape Cod Mall at 3:41 p.m. Bland was charged with larceny of property over $250

Police responded to a report of harassment on Rosemary Ln. at 4:00 p.m.

Police arrested Jasmine F. Hickey, 22, of Quincy, while responding to a report of larceny at Cape Maid Farms on Falmouth Rd. at 5:28 p.m. Hickey was charged with cruelty to animals and shoplifting by asporation of merchandise.

Police arrested Ryan Robert Simpson, 19, of Hyannis, on an outstanding warrant for larceny of a credit card. Simpson was arrested at the Barnstable Police Department at 5:49 p.m.

Police arrested Matthew W. Lojko, 44, of Hyannis, while responding to a report of domestic assault on Old Colony Rd. at 8:36 p.m. Lojko was charged with assault and battery domestic violence.

Police arrested a 16-year-old juvenile while responding to a report of breaking and entering at a home on Highland Ave. The juvenile was charged with receiving stolen property over $250, breaking and entering night time and intent to commit a felony
