Savor the Last Taste of Summer at Arnold's Lobster and Clam Bar and Help Animals at the Animal Rescue League of Boston and Wild Care of Cape Cod Bring the family and the dog on Friday, September 20th!

 

Eastham, MA -- On Friday, September 20, the iconic Arnold’s Lobster and Clam Bar will donate all proceeds from the sales of food, ice cream and mini golf to The Animal Rescue League (ARL) of Boston’s Brewster adoption center and to Wild Care of Cape Cod. 

“Thanks to the generosity of Arnold’s, you can feel especially good about going out to eat on Friday, September 20,” said Mary Nee, part-time Eastham resident and President of the ARL of Boston.

“It may be your last clam bake of the summer, but proceeds from the event will help animals on Cape Cod all year long.”

Arnold’s is located at 3580 Route 6 in Eastham.  Hours on Friday, September 20 are 11:30 am to 8 pm.

From 5-8 pm, customers who subscribe to the ARL’s e-newsletter at the event will receive a dog or cat toy while supplies last and be automatically entered into a special drawing.  Prizes include gift baskets and gift cards to Agway of Cape Cod, The Cape Cod Dog, Hot Diggity, and more.   

Well-behaved dogs are welcome on the outdoor patio.

About the Animal Rescue League of Boston

The Animal Rescue League of Boston has had a presence on Cape Cod since 1921 and opened its Animal Care and Adoption Center in Brewster in 1967. 

Over the summer, the Brewster branch found permanent homes for over 200 cats and dogs, a 30% increase from summer 2012.  The facility also includes a paddock for large animals, a wildlife rescue team and an ambulance.
