Where to Donate Time and Food on Thanksgiving?

Below are some Barnstable area food pantries and community organizations and events happening around Thanksgiving.
The Community Action Committee of Cape Cod and Islands, 372 North Street, Hyannis, has several options for donating Thanksgiving meals at www.cacci.cc/thanksgiving1.html. Volunteers can sign up to help by contacting Stefanie Coxe at 508-771-1727 x240 or Stefanie.coxe@cacci.cc.
The Nutrition Mission at Calvary Baptist Church in Hyannis serves meals at Faith Assembly on Bearses Way in Hyannis Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 5:30 pm to 6:30 pm. Contact Dianne Kaufman at 508-685-3474 to learn more about volunteering opportunities.
The Salvation Army/Hyannis Pantry & Soup Kitchen is located at 100 North Street, Hyannis. Contact the food pantry at 508-775-0364.
