How is Barnstable Celebrating Veteran's Day?
The Barnstable Veteran's Day Parade is set for 10 a.m. Monday, Nov. 11.
The Town of Barnstable will recognize Veteran's Day on Monday, Nov. 11, with a parade and Veteran's Day Program on the Village Green.
The parade, sponsored by the Barnstable Soldiers Memorial Association, will line up at Town Hall at 9:30 and step off at 10 a.m. The parade will end at the Hyannis Village Green.
The program at the Village Green will be held immediately following the parade and feature a rifle salute by Yarmouth Minutemen Honor Guard, the placement of wreaths at several memorials and remarks by Senior Master Sgt Debe Schiavi (USAF Retired).
