Cape Cod Maritime Museum - Summer Classes

Environment Theme Week - Meteorology; Wind, Weather and Coastal Environmental Impacts
During the summer of 2014, Cape Cod Maritime Museum will be offering maritime science and art (“STEAM”) based classes for youth and adults. There are two week long themes throughout the summer. The classes can be taken as the week long seminar at $190, an individual class for $45 or the activity with each class at 10am for the cost of $15. The full class is offered from 9:30am—12:30pm and they are for ages 7 and older.
Meteorology is a science that deals with the atmosphere and its phenomena and especially with weather and weather forecasting.  This class will look at this with the impact it has on the Cape    Cod coast and what, if anything, can help lessen the impact.
