How do you judge when it's cold out or when it's just New England typical weather?


It's definitely cold out this week, with winter reminding us we live in New England.

What made you shiver this morning? Taking the dogs out? Standing at the bus stop?

when MBTA train and buses go out of service and there is a single problem but again it also happens when its too hot LOL! Love MBTA :)
