The Steamship Authority cancelled two Hyannis-Nantucket trips today due to mechanical problems.

The following trips have been canceled due to mechanical issues, according the the Steamship Authority:

M/V NANTUCKET 9:15AM Hyannis to Nantucket

M/V NANTUCKET 12:00PM Nantucket to Hyannis

The Steamship Authority hopes to have the problem fixed and the boat running this afternoon.
