INGLES-TORRES, EDWIN J., 168 Barnstable Rd. Apt. 11B, Hyannis; breaking and entering for misdemeanor, two counts of assault and battery, vandalize property, threat to commit crime, pre-trial conference March 25, 2013.

RESCIGNO, NIKOLAS A., 19, 12 Calvin Hamblin Rd., Marstons Mills; drug possession class A, pre-trial March 25, 2013.

WOOD, ANTONIO R., 35, 1025 Falmouth Rd., Hyannis; destruction of property over $250, pre-trial hearing March 25, 2013.

Dispositions:

AMORIM, PEDRO, 17, 369 South St. Apt. 1, Hyannis; assault, assault and battery and malicious destruction of property, continued without a finding until February 19, 2014, will remain on probation during that time, ordered to pay $50 victim witness fee and $50 a month in probation fees.

BENJAMIN, MARYLIN R., 23, 6 Joseph St., Hyannis; resisting arrest, disorderly conduct, continued without a finding until August 14, 2013, ordered to pay $50 fee and $50 a month in probation fees until August 14, 2013, affray, witness intimidation, dismissed by request of commonwealth.

COTELL, DEVON A., 36, 31 Woodbury Ave., Hyannis; drug possession to distribute class A, entered guilty plea, sentenced to 2 years in the House of Corrections, sentence suspended, sentenced to probation until February 13, 2015 and ordered to pay $50 a month in probation fees and $50 victim witness fee, conspiracy to violate drug laws dismissed by request of Commonwealth.

DEBARROS, ANTONIO, 41, 22 Hartford St., South Dartmouth; disorderly conduct, continued without a finding until August 16, 2013, ordered to pay $50 victim witness fee and $50 a month probation fees, witness intimidation, resisting arrest dismissed by request of Commonwealth.

DILLREE, JENNIFER M., 30, 166 Wheeler Rd., Mashpee; larceny over $250, entered guilty plea, sentenced to probation until February 18, 2014, ordered to pay $90 victim witness fee and $50 a month in probation fees.

EWING, SPENCER L., 21, 91 Arrowhead Dr., Hyannis; malicious destruction of property, continued without a finding to end August 16, 2013, ordered to pay $50 for victim witness fee, $50 a month probation fees and $158 in restitution.

GROGAN, MARIN A. JR., 60, 77 Winter St., Hyannis; indecent assault and battery on person 14 or older, dismissed due to failure of victim to cooperate with Commonwealth.
