Kia Sedona Minivans Recalled in Massachusetts

Salty New England roads can rust a crucial part of the suspension. If that part fails, drivers could lose control.

In states like ours where we salt the roads in winter, a popular type of minivan has been recalled.

Salty roads can rust part of the suspension in Kia Sedonas for model years 2006-2012, according to the Detroit Free Press. The lower control arms might break, causing drivers to lose control of their vehicle.

The recall affects 80,000 vehicles in 20 states plus Washington, D.C.
