Bank of Cape Cod: Top Commercial Lender in Barnstable County
Bank of Cape Cod provided more than $14 million in real estate loans to local businesses in the third quarter of 2013.
Bank of Cape Cod, which has three branches, was the number one commercial lender in Barnstable County between July and September.
The bank provided more than $14 million in real estate loans to local businesses during the third quarter. Bank of Cape Cod had a 12.6 percent market share during that time, the highest in the area, according to the Warren Group.
In its seven years, Bank of Cape Cod is Barnstable County's second ranked commercial real estate lender, with $24.6 million in loan values.
Bank of Cape Cod has three branches: Hyannis, Osterville and Falmouth. A fourth branch on Route 132 in Hyannis is scheduled to open in early 2014.
