Remember the polar vortex, that visitor that frequently made the rounds last winter?

Some forecasters say the polar vortex, the meteorological condition that brought us frigid blasts of arctic air throughout January and February, may just be redeeming itself with pleasant summer weather next week.

Because of a cool air blast from the Gulf of Alaska, temperatures along the East Coast will dip 10 to 15 degrees below normal starting Tuesday and continuing throughout next week.

The Weather Channel, however, is warning people to chill out with the Polar Vortex references. They say the reason for the cool air is not necessarily a polar vortex, a catchy phrase that is making a summer return.

Rather, it’s a more complicated, Weather Channel forecasters explain.

Next week’s blast of cool air is “elated to the circumpolar vortex in the troposphere, the lower layer of the atmosphere, which is a pattern of winds that feature a broad, irregular generally west-to-east flow around the pole, rather than a flow that's consistently centered right at the pole like the stratospheric polar vortex," according to the Weather Channel

Confused?

We are too.

Just enjoy the weather, however it got here.

aaaaand, nobody addressed what i said, but only lobbed catch phrases at me. that is not meaningful conversation. don't regurgitate, you're not in high school anymore (or maybe you are, that would actually explain things), think critically. are you familiar with einstein's thought experiments? he considered traveling on a train or being in a position located off the train. he followed this "train of thought" (har har) out into space at light speed and changed the world. so, lets perform a thought experiment of our own. let's take diapers. okay, lets say you change a baby's diaper 7 times a day and the baby wears diapers for 3 years that is 15,330 diapers in the child's lifetime. i live in a town of 28,000 and there are an average of 270 births in my town a year. those 270 babies will generate 4,139,00 diapers. there are 293 cities in america with populations of 100,00 or more. if 1,080 babies are born in those 293 towns every year, those babies will generate 3,248,784,000 diapers. that's a frighteningly impressive number. and it's just diapers. how can that not have an effect? maybe you'll have to climb that mountain to get it. and to imply that the right wing media doesn't have a self-serving agenda is just obtuse silliness. the left wing media is flawed but a part of the agenda is is trying to serve humanity, the right wing media is only in it to serve themselves.

Go to Logan brew and book a flight east, directly to Denmark. You'll feel right at home there and maybe they will actually listen to your left wing rubbish.

Once again, no attempt to converse. Throwing insults is all you can muster? Do you know how to think critically and thoughtfully? Oh, and Denmark has one of the highest standards of living in the world. At least you were thoughtful enough to recommend such a highly desirable, highly evolved location for me to reside. :)

There is barely any measurable CO2 in our current atmosphere. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Atmosphere_of_Earth#mediaviewer/File:Atmosphere_gas_proportions.svg
