South Dennis Resident Scores a Hole-in-One at the 5th Annual Kids Golf Day for Expect Miracles Foundation at Fenway Park

The Expect Miracles Foundation hosted Kids Golf Day at Fenway Park on Friday, July 26. Hundreds of local kids, including South Dennis' Jordan Leandre, and families impacted by cancer came to Fenway Park to enjoy a custom 9-hole mini golf course and interactive activity stations. Kids also got to participate in other activities, including a scavenger hunt, arts and crafts activities, a golf skills station with PGA pros from Eastward Ho!, a baseball fast pitch machine and fun games with Wally the Green Monster before ending the day with a reception and speaking program on Fenway’s right field roof deck.

Expect Miracles Foundation is one of the leading advocates in the fight against cancer within the financial services industry, and has raised more than $10 million to date through its signature charity efforts and corporate campaigns. The Foundation’s donors are comprised of CEOs and senior financial executives from the top financial firms. Last year, the foundation was named to Massachusetts General Hospital Cancer Center’s “The One Hundred” list, an annual list recognizing 100 individuals, groups or organizations for their contributions to the fight against cancer.
