Celebrate community with local artisans, farmers, food trucks, musicians, children’s activities and more!
Hyannis, MA (August 19, 2013) – Locals and visitors alike are invited to LoveLocal Fest, a day of free, family-friendly activities on Sunday, August 25 from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. at Aselton Park on the Hyannis Harbor. The second in a series of three summer festival days sponsored by Cape Cod lifestyle guide LoveLiveLocal, LoveLocal Fest is intended to complement the activities in the Hyannis HyArts Cultural District and celebrate the Cape’s creative energy as well as its natural abundance.
LoveLiveLocal co-founder Jen Villa explains, “LoveLocal Fest is a fun way to share our passion for connecting the Cape Cod community and its visitors with the talented artisans, designers, farmers, food trucks, and other independent creators that make our sandbar special.”
LoveLocal Fest brings together the best the Cape has to offer in a beautiful setting on the harbor, walking distance from the shops and restaurants of Hyannis Main Street. Bring your family, your friends, your dog, a beach chair or a blanket, and enjoy a beautiful day getting to know your local community.
