Fiona, alongside 1,000 other brave participants will be joined by everyone’s favorite New England tight end, Rob Gronkowski, as he returns to Gillette Stadium to buzz his head at One Mission’s fifth annual Kid’s Cancer Buzz-Off on June 8. For the last four years, the local nonprofit organization dedicated to providing support for children and families touched by pediatric cancer has welcomed Gronkowski as the featured celebrity to “buzz” his head alongside more than 1,000 other Buzzees in a show of solidarity and support for those courageously fighting cancer. Gronkowski will also be buzzing several lucky (and brave) Buzzees.

“I’m hyped to buzz my dome for the fourth year in a row with One Mission,” says Buzzee Rob Gronkowski. “The Kid’s Cancer Buzz-Off is an inspiring day where everyone stands together and fights the battle against cancer. Gronk Nation always comes up big for One Mission and I know this year will be no different. Be a hero. Make a difference. Get Involved. The time is now!”

The Kid’s Cancer Buzz-Off is One Mission’s largest annual fundraising event, having raised nearly $2 Million for pediatric cancer patients and their families. Proceeds from the Kid’s Cancer Buzz-Off benefit Boston's Children's Hospital, The Jimmy Fund at Dana-Farber, and The Family Reach Foundation. One Mission is dedicated to brightening the road to recovery for pediatric cancer patients and their families.

As the largest community supporter of Boston Children’s Hospital, One Mission graciously funds over 70% of the programs and services offered in The One Mission Resource room of the Hospital’s pediatric oncology floor, including hosting therapeutic and fun activities like yoga, arts & crafts, spa days, and game nights. One Mission also provides financial assistance to families with a child battling cancer.
