Here are five things you need to know Wednesday, Dec. 18.
1. There will be a 30 percent chance of snow Wednesday, according to the National Weather Service. The high will be near 33.
2. The Osterville Village Library‘s Winter Classic Film Series
will continue Wednesday morning, at 10, with a screening of "It's a Wonderful Life."
3. The Barnstable School Committee will hold its regular meeting at 7 p.m. Wednesday.
4. Charles Sheehan will recount his cruise along the Dalmatian coast, an historical region of Croatia on the eastern coast of the Adriatic Sea, at the Marstons Mills Public Library at 4:30 p.m., Wednesday.
5. The Barnstable Shellfish Committee will meet at 7:30 p.m., Wednesday.
