2. The Cotuit Library's Cookie Exchange will take place at 3:30 p.m. Thursday.
3. The Barnstable Town Council will meet for the last time in 2013 on Thursday evening. The meeting will start at 7 p.m.
4. The Centerville Public Library will hold an all ages candy craft at 4 p.m. Thursday.
5. Also Thursday evening, the Centerville Library will hold a family story time with Miss Donna. The fun will start at 6.
