5 Things: Town Band on the Green, Kids Theater
5 Things is a daily snapshot roundup of information on events, happenings and other news in town.
1. The Barnstable Town Band will perform at the Hyannis Village Green on Wednesday night at 7 p.m.
2. The Osterville Village Library's Drop-in Book Club will meet this morning at 10:30. The group will discuss "The Obituary Writer."
3. The Old King Highway Historic District Committee will meet at 6:30 this evening. The meeting will be held at the West Barnstable Community Building.
4. Cape Codder Resort & Spa, 1125 Iyannough Rd, Hyannis, will continue its Kids Theater series Wednesday at 7 p.m. This week will be a guitar sing-a-long called Music Coaster with Pete Rebell.
5. A preschool story hour will be held at the Cotuit Library today at 4 p.m. Anyone is welcome to this free, drop-in event.
