Come in from the winter chill and stroll through our tropical “Orchid Gardens.” A true delight for the senses, walk along the garden path and enjoy thousands of perfumed and colorful orchids. Stroll at your leisure or join a free tour lead by master orchid growers.
The Cape and Islands Orchid Society’s 24th annual show will take place from 9 AM to 5 PM, January 12-13, 2013, at The Resort and Conference Center, Hyannis, Massachusetts. Admission is $10 or a two-day pass is $15. The venue is handicapped accessible.
You will experience breathtaking displays from several orchid societies’ as they individually reflect this year’s theme. A vendor’s hall will have hundreds of orchids for sale, as well as supplies. Various speakers scheduled during the event will offer you the opportunity to learn more on a variety of orchids, their care, and history.

More About Resort and Conference Center at Hyannis
The Resort and Conference Center at Hyannis sits on 52 acres and is home to an 18-hole Par 3 golf course. All guestrooms at the Resort and Conference Center were renovated and updated in 2008. It has both an indoor and an outdoor pool, a full-service spa, and an exercise facility. The Resort and Conference Center at Hyannis is also the venue for some of the largest conferences on Cape Cod, as it is equipped with 15 meeting rooms and 30,000 square feet of function space. The hotel has a lobby bar, a coffee cafe, a pub, and a bar and grill on the outdoor patio.
