Author Stephen Pastore, recently located to Marstons Mills, will lead a classics book discussion group at the Marstons Mills Public Library on the second Monday of each month, from 10 am to noon.
The first session is scheduled for January 9, and will focus on Emile Zola’s L’Assommoir (The Drinking Den). Copies of the book will be available at the Library for borrowing, or it can be downloaded from the Gutenberg collection at www.gutenberg.org.
The program is free and open to the public; sign up at the Library or call 508-428-5175.
