Learn how to grow your own shiitake mushrooms with Tamar Haspelof Starving off the Land You'll get an overview of how mushrooms grow, and then you'll roll up your sleeves and get to work.We'll be inoculating oak logs by drilling holes in the wood and hammering in spore-laden dowels, and you'll get to take one of the logs home. Treat it right, and you should have your first flush of shiitakes next season!
