The National Weather Service predicts it will be cloudy, with a chance of showers.  Patchy fog in the morning.  Highs will be in the upper 60's with winds out of the SE at 5-10 mph.  Chance of rain is 50%. For fishermen, today will be the last chance to register for the Cape Cod 5000.  The annual striped bass and bluefish fishing tournament will donate proceeds from the tournament to local charities.  $5,000 will be awarded to the crew who catches the heaviest two striped bass, between 28 and 36 inches.
