Pursuant to the Massachusetts Public Records Law, I respectfully request access to copies of all emails related in any way to your capacity as a Precinct 11 Barnstable Town Councilor and as a duly elected public official for the period from September 1, 2011 through November 18, 2011. Said public records would include all emails sent and received via your official email address of record: email@example.com as well as all of the individual destination email addresses that you sent out messages to via said email address of record. This includes each and every separate email address which were included in mass email broadcasts that you sent out along with the email addresses included in your constituent contact list labeled as “aaaHank" as well.
At this time, I respectfully request a fee waiver of any costs associated with this public records request.
If my request is denied in whole or part, I ask that you justify all deletions by reference to specific exemptions of the act.
As provided by state statute, you have ten (10) business days to comply with this official public records request.
To ensure monitoring and compliance with this official public records request, a copy of this email is also being provided to the Secretary of State's Office, Public Records Division.
