Here's a run down of what's open/closed:
All municipal, state and federal offices and facilities will be closed. This includes schools and the post office.
There is no fixed route bus service today for the Cape Cod Regional Transit Authority.
Liquor stores: Open at the owner's discretion.
Retail and convenience stores: Open at the owner's discretion.
Restaurants and bars: Most will be open, but call ahead. It's up to the owner.

Stop and Shop: Closed
XYZ Gas station: open
You could have written this "story" a year ago. And it was probably two.
