1:23 am - Police responded to a report of a domestic dispute at 85 Woodland Avenue, Apt A, Hyannis. They arrested Kimberly B. Wood, 49, of 85 Woodland Avenue, Apt A, Hyannis and charged her with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, two counts, to wit a can and a lamp.
9:01 am - Police responded to a report of  breaking and entering in a motor vehicle on Shallow Pond Drive, Centerville
10:15 am - Police assisted at a motor vehicle accident in the vicinity of 921 Iyannough Road, Hyannis.
11:32 am - Police responded to a report of breaking and entering into a boat at the Cotuit Town Docks.
11:55 am - Police responded to a report of larceny at 1575 Iyannough Road, Hyannis.
12:56 pm - Police responded to a report of harassment at 14 Blackbird Road.
1:02 pm - Police responded to a report of breakig and entering into a residence at 230 Chucles Way, Marstons Mills.
1:37 pm - Police assisted with a motor vehicle accident with personal injury at 1183 Shootflying Hill Road, Centerville.
2:19 pm - Police assisted at a motor vehicle accident with property damage at Barnstable High School.
3:32 pm - Police responded to a report of suspicious activity in the TJ Maxx Plazza in Hyannis and place an adult male in protective custody.
9:11 pm - Police responded to a report of larceny at 88 Bristol Avenue.
10:05 pm - Police executed a warrant at Cape Cod Hospital. They arrested Geoge L. Sullivan, 20, of 63 Barberry Lane, West Yarmouth and charged him with defaulting on two court appearances, forgery, uttering and with breaking and entering in the daytime.
11:25 pm - Police responded to a traffic complaint in the vicinity of 2300 Falmouth Road. They arrested Allan W. Gonslaves, 59, of 468 Main Street, Harwich and charged him with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol and negligent operation of a motor vehicle.

Wednesday, September 5

7:22 am - Police responded to a report of breaking and entering into a residence at 672 Yarmouth Road, Hyannis. They arrested Kelley J. McCarthy, 29, of unknown address in Yarmouth and charged her with breaking and entering, intent to commit a felony, injury to property, and with assault and battery.
9:48 am - Police responded to a report of a domestic dispute at 161 Winter Street, Apt. 1, Hyannis. They arrested Stephanie Rasmusen, 38, of 39 Glennwood Avenue, Apt. 2, Falmouth and charged her with domestic assault and battery.
11:28 am - Police responded to a report of vandalism in the Cape Cod Hospital parking lot.
11:53 am - Police assisted at a motor vehicle accident with property damage at 51 Elam Street, Hyannis.
12:20 pm - Police assisted at a motor vehicle accident with property damage at 378 Main Street, Hyannis.
2:04 pm - Police assisted at a motor vehicle accident with property damage at 1195 Falmouth Road.
4:47 pm - Police executed a warrant at 71 Maple Street, Hyannis. They arrested an unidentified individual on unidentified charges.
7:32 pm - Police assisted at a motor vehicle accident with personal injuries in the vicinity of 490 South Street, Hyannis.
8:16 pm - Police assisted at a motor vehicle accident with personal injuries in the vicinity of 278 Main Street, Hyannis.
