Sunset Celebrations at Aselton Park Announced

Free sunset celebrations include live music and performances at Aselton Park.

 

Sunset Celebrations is an interactive, multi-cultural, multi-generational, multi-disciplinary program July 27 and August 3. 

The Town of Barnstable, Cotuit Center for the Arts and the Cape Cod MaritimeMuseum are  pleased to present  “Sunset Celebrations”, a festival of the arts.  Activities are designed to engage participants of all ages.  It is a hands-on, fun filled,  multi-cultural, multi-generational, multi-disciplinary event. 

The celebration includes children/family art projects, troubadours, theater, dance and live music. The Cape Cod Maritime Museum is offering free admission from 2-4:30PM on each Sunset Celebration evening.  Participants will enjoy the outdoor picnic area behind the museum to partake in art projects.   There are no rain dates.

The Harbor your arts visual and performing arts are generously sponsored by the Town of Barnstable, the Cotuit Center for the Arts who entertain, educate, illuminate and inspire year round and the Massachusetts Cultural Council Adams Grant. All events are free and family friendly.
