Police responded to a report of domestic assault and battery on Third Ave. at 12:28 a.m.

Police arrested Ryan Adam Ferguson, 33, of Hyannis while responding to a report of domestic assault and battery on Hiramar Rd. at 12:53 a.m. Ferguson was charged with domestic threat to commit domestic violence murder and assault and battery domestic violence.

Police responded to a report of a disturbance at Area Rentals and Property Management on Main St. at 6:59 a.m.

Police summonsed Sandra Gomes, 38, of Edgertown while responding to a report of shoplifting at Sears on Iyannough Rd. at 12:32 p.m. Gomes was charged with larceny of property over $250.

Police responded to a report of domestic assault and battery on Harbor Hills Rd. at 1:31 p.m.

Police responded to a report of breaking and entering at a residence on Highland Ave. at 2:00 p.m.

Police responded to a report of assault at Not Your Average Joe’s on Iyannough Rd. at 2:09 p.m.

Police responded to a report of assault on Pine Ave. at 2:22 p.m.

Police responded to a report of shoplifting at Kmart on Iyannough Rd. at 3:01 p.m.

Police responded to a report of on Bearse’s Way at 3:44 p.m.

Police responded to a report of larceny on Bishops Ter. At 4:53 p.m.

Police responded to a report of a hit and run accident on Falmouth Rd. Rte. 28 and Hopewell Ln. at 7:54 p.m.

Police responded to a report of larceny at Bobby Byrnes Pub on Bearse’s Way at 10:37 p.m.

Police arrested Marquis T. Jones, 22, of East Falmouth on an outstanding warrant on Rte. 6 A and Ice House Ln. at 11:10 p.m.
