Police responded to a report of a disturbance at Cromwell Courts on Barnstable Rd. at 1:36 a.m.
Police arrested Michael Charles Hirocke, 56 of Hyannis, while responding to a report of harassment at Area Rentals and Property Management on Main St. at 3:09 a.m. Hirocke was charged with assault and battery domestic violence and assault and battery by dangerous weapon.
Police arrested Robert R. Beaucaire III, 35 of Middleborough, during a motor vehicle stop on Shootflying Hill Rd. at 3:36 a.m. Beaucaire was charged with operating a motor vehicle after suspension of license, operating with an open container and making an improper left turn.
Police responded to a report of shoplifting at AT & T on Iyannough Rd. at 9:40 a.m.
Police responded to a report of a domestic verbal argument on Carlson Ln. at 11:08 a.m.
Police responded to a report of breaking and entering at a residence on Zeno Crocker Rd. at 11:53 a.m.
Police responded to a report of shoplifting at AT & T on Iyannough Rd. at 1:45 a.m.
Police responded to a report of a disturbance on Sea St. at 2:42 p.m.
Police responded to a report of larceny on Bodfish Pl. at 4:07 p.m.
Police arrested Stephanie M. Sharlet, 43 of West Barnstable, while responding to a report of domestic assault and battery on Percival Dr. at 4:44 p.m. Sharlet was charged with assault and battery domestic violence.
Police arrested George M. McCarthy, 65 of Hyannis, while responding to a traffic complaint on Seaboard Ln. at 9:25 p.m. McCarthy was charged with OUI-liquor, marked lanes violation, operating negligently so as to endanger, and failure to stop for a police officer.
Police responded to a report of larceny at Comfort Inn on Iyannough Rd. at 9:42 p.m.
Police arrested Derek Wayne Mills, 28 of Fall River, during a motor vehicle stop near the 19th Hole at 10:23 p.m. Mills was arrested on an outstanding warrant.
