UPDATE: Thousands Without Electricity in Barnstable and Hyannis

Almost 17,500 NSTAR customers in Barnstable and Hyannis are without electricity as of 7:50pm Monday night. Let us know if the power is on where you live.

 

Update: 7:50pm: 75 percent of Barnstable and 30 percent of Hyannis NSTAR customers are without power.

Update: 12:30pm: 849 NSTAR customers without power in Barnstable and 892 without power in Hyannis.

I live in Marstons Mills, lost power monday 2 pm. It has not been restored as of 12:52 pm Tuesday. A tree fell across my drive way but a good friend redcuef me.
The worst of it is that my freezer food is melting & I had to go to work because they have power.
I am happy for all who got their power back.
