HAC Employee Is an ‘Angel’

The ARC honored a Housing Assistance Corporation employee at its annual meeting.

Faith Woodcock, Housing Assistance Corporation’s property manager, was honored by the ARC of Cape Cod at ARC’s recent annual meeting.

The ARC Angel Award is presented each year to someone who’s had a “meaningful impact on the population we serve,” said Rob Spongberg, executive director of ARC of Cape Cod, which supports the rights of people with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

“Faith has done a tremendous job helping people get through the housing process, helping them get a subsidy and find a good home they can afford,” said Spongberg.

Faith’s supervisor, Gisele Gauthier, HAC’s director of housing development, said “Faith works all day with tenants at all of HAC’s properties. She is as kind and tough as she needs to be, and so it is no surprise us that others have noticed what a great job she does.”
