- Shift Conscious Clothing is hosting a Organic Chocolate Truffle Tasting with Chef Paul. The event is likely to sell out like last year. RSPV by calling 508-775-2652. The event starts at 6 p.m. and is $10.
- So Big! is not your typical sailboat, lighthouse and beach painting art exhibit. Although we love all of those things - we do live on Cape Cod - it is nice to find an exhibit that features a variety of styles, subject matter and mediums. So Big! is open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. today, and every weekday, at the Cotuit Center for the Arts.
- This weekend is The International Junior Hockey League Showcase featuring the Cape Cod Cubs at the Hyannis Youth and Community Center. The Cubs are playing teams from South New Jersey, Trenton and Long Island followed by an All-Star game at 6:30 p.m. on Sunday. It is as close as the Jersey Shore will get to Cape Cod.
- Spanish wine, tapas and guitar: is there anything else that needs to be said? The Wine List is hosting a night of music, mouth-watering food including Marcona almond-stuffed dates wrapped in bacon, foie gras toasts with red onion jam, Manchego with fruit and nut spread, and Spanish "drinking" chocolate and Spanish wines. It is $49 and call for reservations.
