Barnstable Police are investigating a Cotuit motor vehicle accident that killed a Centerville man and injured three others.

On Sunday just after 11pm, police responded to the two car, head-on motor vehicle crash on Route 28. 

The fatality, reported by the Cape Cod Times as Tighe Jensen, 53, was pronounced at Cape Cod Hospital. Jensen is a local radio voice known for his commercials, the Times said. Jensen was the driver of a pick-up truck. 

The three injured with non-life threatening injuries were transported to Falmouth Hospital and South Shore Hospital.

The accident and the accident remains under investigation by the Barnstable Police, police said.
