CURRAN, CHRISTOPHER J., 31, 30 Railroad Avenue, Yarmouthport; OUI liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, possession of an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle, marked lanes violation, failure to signal, speeding. Fined $350, placed on probation until Nov. 21, 2013.

GRUNDMAN, MICHAL C., 20, 51 Wing Boulevard, East Sandwich; statutory rape of a child (sixteen counts), disseminating obscene matter to a minor, lewd, wanton and lascivious conduct (two counts). Indicted and arraigned in superior court.

LANDERS, SAMANTHA L., 28, 908 Queen Ann Road, Harwich; trafficking in heroin, morphine or opium, conspiracy to violate drug law. Indicted and arraigned in superior court.

MACHERAS, ALEXANDER, 32, 60 Crocker Drive, Hyannis; OUI liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle. Fined $350, 45 day loss of license, continued without finding until Nov. 20, 2013.

MINKEL, HERBERT P., 65, 68 Bumps River Road, Osterville; OUI liquor (second offense). Fined $350, 45 day loss of license, placed on probation until Nov. 21, 2013.

RODERICK, KEVIN A., 21, 68 Yarmouth Road, Hyannis; unlawful possession of ammunition, misleading a police officer, resisting arrest, armed breaking and entering. Continued without finding until Nov. 20, 2013, placed on probation until Nov. 20, 2014.

WELSH JR., MARK EDMUND, 37, 908 Queen Ann Road, Harwich; trafficking in heroin, morphine or opium, conspiracy to violate drug law. Indicted and arraigned in superior court.
