COSTA, WILSON LUIS, 32, 51 Fuller Rd., Centerville; operating motor vehicle with suspended  license, failure to signal, pre-trial conference March 1, 2013

Dispositions:

CANANZEY, ROBERT JOSEPH, 26, 45 Davis St., Taughton; aggrevated assault and battery, charge dismissed

CARAPEZZA, KATERINA, 19, 67 Tanbark Rd. Marstons Mills; assault and battery, vandalize property, charges dismissed

MANCHUCK, JUSTIN, 26, 86 Keel Cape Dr., South Yarmouth; disorderly conduct, charge dismissed, ordered to pay $150 in court costs

MCSWEEN, ASHLEY L., 26, 882 Burt St., Taughton; aggravated assault and battery, charge dismissed

PETERS, NICHOLAS M., 27, 21 Woodchester Dr., Weston; OUI-liquor, vandalize property, found not guilty at trial on both charges

RASMUSEN, STEPHANIE, 39, 39 Glenwood Ave. Apt. #2, Falmouth; assault and battery, charge dismissed

THOMAS, JACQUELINE D., 27, 21 Nauset, West Yarmouth; drug distribution class B, pleaded guilty, sentenced to 18 months in the house of corrections, the sentence was suspended, will serve probation until January 25, 2015, ordered to pay $90 in fees and $65 a month for probation fees

And we wonder why the high crime rate continues.... What is the purpose of having our police departments if the judges just let these people walk time and time and time again?
