HUTCHINS, JOHN JAY, 51, 419 River Road, Marstons Mills; assault and battery with a dangerous weapon. Pretrial hearing March 18.

JONATHAN, AUVILLE, 58, 8 Main Street, Apartment 1, Sandwich; assault and battery. Pretrial hearing Feb. 20.

DISPOSITIONS

SANTAMARIA, ARIANNA S., 49, 6 Linda Lane, Hyannis; domestic assault and battery, assault with a dangerous weapon, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon. Dismissed due to failure of witness to cooperate.

MENDOZA, ANTHONY M., 21, 4 Francis Helen Road, Yarmouthport; larceny from a building (two counts), receiving stolen property worth over $250, breaking and entering for a misdemeanor, vandalizing property, breaking and entering during daytime for a felony. Ordered to pay $800 restitution, sentenced to two and a half years in the house of correction (92 days deemed served, 18 months to serve, balance suspended), placed on probation until Feb. 13, 2015.
