MCDONALD, MATTHEW F., 22, 100 Cherrywood Ln. Apt. #3B, Marstons Mills; assault and battery with dangerous weapon, pre-trial hearing April 10, 2013

Dispositions:

JONES, MARK R., 51, 436 Nye Rd., Centerville; threat to commit a crime (charge #1), disturbing school assembly (charge #2), entered guilty plea, sentenced to six months in the house of corrections for charge #1, that sentence was suspended, sentenced to 1 month in the house of corrections for charge #2, that time was deemed served, will remain on probation until March 4, 2015, ordered to pay a $50 victim witness fee and $65 a month in probation costs

ODONNELL, KAITLYNN T., 26, 73 Uncle Stanley’s Way, Dennis; larceny under $250, entered guilty plea, sentenced to 9 months in the house of corrections

PHILLIPS, CLARKE, 26, 56 Temple Rd., Marshfield; drug possession to distribute class B, drug possession to distribute class E, breaking and entering nighttime for felony, larceny from building, three counts of larceny over $250, entered guilty plea, sentenced to three years and 9 months in jail, credited 120 days

PRATT, DYLAN T., 21, 163 Hinckley Rd., Hyannis; drug possession to distribute class D, dismissed

STANLEY, DELTON L., 40, 19 General Patton Dr., Hyannis; assault and battery with dangerous weapon, entered guilty plea, sentenced to probation until March 5, 2014 ordered to pay $90 victim witness fee and $50 a month in probation costs, also ordered to complete anger management program
