Centerville Man Arrested for 5th OUI
Yarmouth Police arrested a Centerville man for a fifth OUI offense and seized his Mercedes.
Yarmouth Police arrested a Centerville man over the weekend for his alleged fith OUI offense, according to Yarmouth Police.
Police arrested Jerome Joseph Nicolosi, 47, of 423 Skunknett Rd., Centerville on Saturday, April 28th at 9:04 pm during a vehicle stop in South Yarmouth.
Nicolosi was charged for a fifth offense OUI liquor, operating to endanger, moving outside marked lanes and open container of alcohol, according to police.

Nicolosi has four prior convictions for drunk driving in Woburn, Lawrence, and twice in Barnstable.
His driver’s license was still active. Under 'Melanie’s Law' the Yarmouth Police Department has seized his 1998 Mercedes SL500. Nicolosi is scheduled for arraignment this morning in the BDC, police said.
