12:03 am - A suspicious person was reported on Oak Street in Centerville. Serviced.

12:37 am - A suspicious person was reported near the intersection of Bassett Lane and Stevens Street in Hyannis. Advised.

1:07 am - As a result of a reported domestic assault and battery at the Hastings Meadow Apartments on West Main Street in Hyannis, four police cruisers were dispatched to the scene and an arrest made. Arrested was Joseph L. Vittatoe, 26, of 4 Bearse Rd., Hyannis, on charges of assault and battery, domestic violence; intimidation of a witness and injury to real or personal property.

8:02 am - A report of an intoxicated person creating a disturbance at the intersection of Route 6A and Route 149 in West Barnstable was serviced.

11:12 am - A report of a suspicious person at The Steakhouse Sports Bar on North Street in Hyannis resulted in the arrest of Donna M. Schlosky, 50, of 107 Seacoast Shores Blvd. in East Falmouth, on a defaulted warrant for breaking and entering into a vehicle.

11:38 am - An attempt to serve a warrant at the Salvation Army annex on North Street in Hyannis resulted in the arrest of Allahmanamjad Barbel, 24, of 65 Pires Way, Falmouth, on a defaulted warrant for assault and battery.

4:43 pm - A report of an assault at the offices of Aiken & Aiken P.C. on Main Street, Hyannis resulted in three units being dispatched to the scene and an arrest of John M. Stewart, 55, of 20 Ridgewood Drive, Sandwich, on a charge of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, a knife, and he was also placed into protective custody.

4:52 pm - A report of harrasment and threats was made from the Baybridge Clubhouse on Main Street in Hyannis. Advised.

4:54 pm - A suspicious person was reported near the intersection of Main Street and Parker Road in West Barnstable. Serviced.

6:13 pm - A suspicious person was reported near the intersection of Sea and Main Streets in Hyannis and two units were dispatched to the scene, a regular patrol car as well as one unit from the Street Crime Unit. An arrest was made but no further details were made available.

6:53 pm - a Suspicious person was reported on Lake Elizabeth Drive in Centerville. Report taken.

9:59 pm - Police were called to a residence on Capt. Ellis Lane in Hyannis for the third time in as many days in an attempt to "keep the peace." Serviced.

10:36 pm - As a result of a motor vehicle stop in Centerville, police issued a complaint/summons to Cory R. Briggs, 22, of North Precinct Rd., Centerville, for operating a motor vehicle after registration revocation; operating an uninsured motor vehicle and operating a motor vehicle with a revoked license.

11:23 pm - A domestic assault and battery was reported on Newtown Street, Hyannis and as a result police arrested Lawrence M. Baker, 42, of 45 Newtown Street, Hyannis on charges of assault and battery, domestic violence and intimidation of a witness.
