12:01 am - A reported fight and disturbance at Sam Diego's Restaurant on Route 132 in Hyannis resulted in five or more police cruisers responding to the scene, but the report was "unfounded," according to police records.
12:38 am - A suspicious motor vehicle was reported at Covell's Beach on Craigville Beach Road in Centerville. Serviced.
7:17 am - Animals creating a nuisance were reported at the NOAH Shelter at 77 Winter St. in Hyannis. Serviced.
8:16 am - Suspicious activity was reported at the President John F. Kennedy Memorial on Ocean Street in Hyannis. Serviced.
8:41 am - A report of harassment was called in from an Eaton Court, Cotuit residence. Police advised.
9:06 am - A report of a fight and disturbance at the Radisson Hotel on Route 28 in Hyannis resulted in two out-of-town men being arrested - a father and son - and a third man was issued a summons for allegedly causing "serious bodily injury" to a person unnamed and not released by police. Arrested was James P. Kelley, 30, of 22 Edwards Avenue, Dennisport, on charges of aggravated assault and battery (causing serious bodily injury) and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon. Also arrested was James W. Kelley, 51, of 18 Edwards Road, Dennisport, on charges of aggravated assault and battery (causing serious bodily injury) and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon. A third man, Lee W. Kelley, 27, of 415 Route 6A, Sandwich, was issued a summons on one charge of assault and battery. Police would not release any further information regarding the fight and or its subsequent victims. Police reports were taken.
9:31 am - A breaking and entering was reported at a residence on Nob Hill Road, Hyannis. Report taken.
10:12 am - A report of suspicious activity was reported at the US Post Office on Wianno Ave. in Osterville. Serviced.
10:30 am - A report of harassment and threats was called in from a Deborah Drive, Marstons Mills resident. Serviced.
10:40 am - A breaking and entering was reported at a residence on Pine Avenue in Hyannis. Serviced.
11:49 am - A disturbance at the Rockland Trust Co. on Wianno Ave., in Osterville was serviced.
2:58 pm - As a result of a report of a domestic restraining order violation at a residence on Mariner Circle in Cotuit, police arrested Leonard Gallego, 43, of 6 Lillian Terrace, Taunton, on a charge of violating a protective order.
3:25 pm - A report of an assault near the intersection of Birch Hill Road and Route 28 in Centerville resulted in the arrest of Jonathan L. Folsom, 27, of 119 Emerson Way, Centerville, on charges of assault and battery by dangerous weapon, a baton; operating a motor vehicle after license suspension; and unlawful possession of a dangerous weapon (baton).
10:45 pm - Vandalism was reported at the Olive Garden on Route 132, Hyannis. Report taken.
