Thursday, May 24

12:05 am - A suspicious motor vehicle was reported at Barnstable County Retirement, serviced.

12:32 am - Rape was reported at Barnstable Police Department, report taken.

12:32 am - Suspicious activity was reported at Wianno Avenue, Osterville, serviced.

1:09 am - A suspicious person was reported at 34 Summerbell Ave., Centerville, serviced.

1:26 am - A suspicious person was reported at The Powderhorn, arrest made. Police arrested Andrew D. Bodette of 77 Winter St., Hyannis for an open alcoholic container. 

2:19 am - A disturbance was reported, summons issued. Police summonsed Kirby E. Bevans of 445 South St., Hyannis for assault and battery and injury to real or personal property.

No Time Available - Police provided assistance at Barnstable High School, serviced.

No Time Available - Suspicious activity was reported at Barnstable High School, serviced.

12:19 pm - Vandalism was reported at Advanced Body Science, serviced.

12:12 pm - A groups disturbance was reported at The Home Depot, serviced.

1:41 pm - Homeless trespass was reported at the park at the old gulf station, serviced.

2:02 pm - Police conducted a motor vehicle stop, arrest made. Police arrested William J. King of 255 Ocean St., Hyannis for possession/use of a false/stolen inspection sticker. 

3:32 pm - Police conducted a motor vehicle stop at Route 28 and Route 149, Marstons Mills, arrest made. Police arrested an undisclosed individual for undisclosed drug offenses.

3:46 pm - Police conducted a motor vehicle stop, individual placed in protective custody. Police picked up Adrian M. Carroll of 9 Union Ave., Onset on two warrants. 

4:12 pm - Suspicious activity was reported at Regal Cinemas at Cape Cod Mall, arrest made.Police arrested an undisclosed individual for undisclosed drug offenses.

4:13 pm - Police conducted a motor vehicle stop at Hyannis Fire Department, arrest made. Police arrested an undisclosed individual for undisclosed drug offenses.

4:32 pm - Suspicious activity was reported at 34 New Haven Ave., Marstons Mills, serviced.

5:11 pm - Police conducted a motor vehicle stop at Route 6a and Route 132, arrest made. 

5:34 pm - Homeless trespass was reported at NOAH Shelter, arrest made. Police arrested Allahmanamjad Barbel of 65 Pires Way, Falmouth on two warrants for shoplifting and assault and battery.

7:54 pm - A homeless intoxicated person was reported at Town Hall parking lot, serviced.

8:31 pm - Police were called for family at 30 Commerce Rd., Barnstable, report taken.

9:35 am - Police conducted a motor vehicle stop, arrest made. Police arrested Charles E. Mayo of 8 Shootflying Hill Rd., W. Barnstable for operating with a revoked license and defective equipment.

10:04 pm - Larceny was reported at Cape Cod Hospital, arrest made. Police arrested Edward J. Davis of 95 Aunt Sarah's Way, Welfleet for larceny of property more than $250.

11:30 pm - An accident with personal injury was reported at Osterville-West Barnstable Road and Race Lane, Marstons Mills, arrest made. 

11:19 pm - Police conducted a motor vehicle stop, arrest made. Police arrested Thomas A. Doherty of 35 County Seat St., Hyannis on two warrants for breaking and entering and larceny more than $250. 

11:52 pm - Suspicious activity was reported at Eclectic Cafe, serviced.
