1:26 am – A motor vehicle stop made on Fresh Holes Road, Hyannis lead to the arrests of Otebia Lane, 21, of 11 Fresh Holes Road, Hyannis for unlawful possession of a dangerous weapon; and Jason Hart, 35, of 900 Queen Anne Road, Harwich for operating a motor vehicle recklessly.

1:40 am – A motor vehicle stop at 130 Center Street, Hyannis lead to the arrest of John Downes, 30, of 16 Trask Road, Plymouth on a warrant for having an unregistered vehicle.

1:50 am – A group disturbance at 160 Main Street, Cotuit lead to the arrest of Ashley Samia, 19, of 324 Nye Road, Centerville. She was charged with disorderly conduct, being a minor in possession of alcohol, and placed in protective custody.

4:07am – A disturbance reported at 426 South Main Street, Centerville lead to the arrest of Abigail Miller, 21, of 157 Providence Road, Apt D, Grafton, MA. She was charged with assault and battery domestic violence, assault and battery with a deadly weapon and placed in protective custody.

12:29pm – A shoplifting complaint at 382 Main Street, Hyannis lead the police to charge Janet Clifton, 69, with shoplifting by concealing merchandise.

1:01 pm – A 911 hang up from 184 Jones Road, Marstons Mills lead to the arrest of Brendan Medeiros, 31, of 62 Sandwich Road, East Falmouth for domestic violence and intimidation of a witness.

6:43 pm – A follow up at 640 Main Street, Hyannis lead to the arrest of Tracey Nieuwenhuizen, 49, of 32 Sea Street Extension, Apt. 35, Hyannis for larceny of property over $250.

8:38 pm – A motor vehicle stop at 210 North Street, Hyannis, lead to the arrest of Jose Correia, 44, of 16 Wing Street Apt 2, New Bedford, for operating with a revoked license, failure to stop for a police officer, and running a red light.

8:43 pm – A disturbance at Cape Cod Hospital lead to the arrest of Richard Mojica, 27, who is homeless. He was charged with injury to a real person or property and placed in protective custody.

9:33 pm – A disturbance was reported at 119 Emerson Way in Centerville. Serviced.

10:02 pm – A party was reported as a disturbance at 111 Longfellow Drive, Centerville. Advised.

10:27 pm – A verbal argument was reported at 91 Cap’n Samadrus Road, Cotuit, and Gerald Sanborn, 49, of 91 Cap’n Samadrus Road, Cotuit was arrested for domestic violence and placed in protective custody.

10:52 pm – A disturbance at North Street and Stevens Street, Hyannis lead to the arrest of Earnest Coleman, 48, of 36 Miller Street, Apt A, Fall River for assault and battery on a pregnant victim.

11:15 pm – Breaking and entering was reported at 476 Old Craigville Road, Centerville. Report Taken.
