1:46 am - A suspicous person was reported at 870 Main St., Cotuit. Report taken.

2:51 am - A motor vehicle stop at 1154 Old Stage Road in Centerville lead to the arrest of Colleen Elizabeth Marhefka, 30, of 12 Idlewood Drive, South Yarmouth for operating with a suspended license and sppeding.

3:44 am - A medical assist was called to 61 Bramblebush, Cotuit. Serviced.

7:48 am - A noise disturbance at 23 Spice Lane in Osterville. Unfounded.

9:27 am - A shoplifting call was made from Barnes & Noble at the Cape Cod Mall. Police arrested Ryan Sinead Magood, 23, of 8 Traders Lane, West Yarmouth. He was charged with shoplifting by container tampering, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, trespassing, shoplifting books and larceny of property over $250.

1:37 pm - A domestic assault and battery was reported at 24 Betty's Pond Road, Apt. #1C, Hyannis. Dereck Gonsalves, 31, of 24 Betty's Pond Road, Apt. E, Hyannis was arrested for domestic assault and battery.

3:19 pm - A breaking and entering attempt was reported at 246 Stoney Cliff Road, Centerville. Advised.

3:22 pm - Suspicious activity was reported at 38 Fresh Holes Road, Hyannis. Serviced.

4:30 pm - An intoxicated person was reported at the Hyannis Post Office, 385 Main Street. Lisa Ann McGovern, 41, of 55 Oak Lane, Brewster, was arrested and placed into protective custody.

5:39 pm - Assault and battery was reported at the Hyannis Youth and Community Center, 141 Basset Lane. Report taken.

9:50 pm - An accident involving a pedestrian was reported at 300 Great Marsh, Centerville. Report taken.

10:53 pm - An intoxicated person was reported at the Melody Tent. Police placed individual in protective custody.

11:19 pm - A party disturbance was reported at 53 Skating Rink Road, Hyannis. Police arrested Jason Botelho, 17, who lives at the residence for serving alcohol to minors, being a minor in possession of alcohol, and carrying a dangerous weapon.
