2:34 am- A disturbance was reported a Cromwell Courts, arrest made. Police arrested John P. Handrinos of 168 Barnstable Rd., Hyannis for assault and battery domestic violence, assault by a dangerous weapon (baseball bat) and intimidation of a witness.

4:27 am - Police conducted a motor vehicle stop, arrest made. Police arrested Timothy M. Lippard of 92 Cranbery Ridge Rd., Marstons Mills for operating after a suspended license and speeding.

5:54 am - Assault and battery was reported on South Street, Hyannis, arrest made. Police arrested Alex A. Eccleston of 973 Oakley St., New Bedford for assault and battery by a dangerous weapon (cigarette lighter), assault and battery domestic violence and placed him in protective custody.

9:20 am - Assault and battery was reported at Cape Crossroads Condos, arrest made. Police arrested Andrew Lenard Albury of 800 Bearse's Way, Hyannis for assault and battery on a pregnant victim and assault and battery domestic violence.
