5:05 am - An assault and battery was reported at Marstons Lane, Barnstable, arrest made. Police arrested Orcutt K. Lamb of 9 Highland St., Brockton for assault and battery by a dangerous weapon.

8:15 am - A suspicious motor vehicle was reported at Craigville Beach, arrest made. Police arrested Aylcia May Pepin of 71 Tower Hill Rd., Osterville for possession of a class A drug with intent to distribute (heroin) and possession of a class C drug (klonopin).

3:31 pm - Larceny of receiving stolen property was reported at Cape Cod Mall, arrest made. Police arrested Amy L. Hogan of 811 Rte. 28, S. Yarmouth for receiving stolen property more than $250.

4:43 pm - Unwanted domestic was reported at Staples, arrests made. Police arrested David W. Lockwood of 153 Seabrook Rd., Hyannis for operating without a license and no inspection. Police arrested Kevin David Brown, homeless, for drug possession of a class D substance with intent to distribute.
