O’Brien, 33, 40 Lothrops Lane, West Barnstable, arrested on charges of possession of a burglarious instrument, receiving stolen property over $250, leaving the scene of property damage, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, OUI drugs, possession of a class A substance, possession of a class B substance, two counts of possession of a class E substance, and child endangerment while operating a motor vehicle under the influence on Market Street at 12:47 p.m.
