The members of Housing Assistance Corporation elected new members to its board of directors at the group’s recent annual meeting. Joining the HAC board are Spencer Hallett, Lysetta Hurge-Putnam, Rana Murphy, Paul Niedzwicki and Dr, Nate Rudman. HAC also elected a new slate of officers: chair, Joan Bassett; vice chair, Robert Ciolek, vice chair of real estate, Elizabeth Warren; and clerk, Edgar Mangiafico.

HAC offers a continuum of housing programs, including providing emergency shelter and homelessness-prevention assistance for individuals and families; weatherizing and conducting energy rehabs for low-income and market-rate properties; and developing affordable housing for seniors, families and individuals.
